All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Montreal, Quebec, Canada within 2 business days unless specified on the website.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Returns Policy.

We primarily ship via Canada Post Service, while also partnering with trusted carriers such as CANPAR, GLS, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx when necessary.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Ontario: 2–4 business days
• Manitoba / New Brunswick: 3–4 business days
• Alberta:
  • Calgary: 4–5 days
  • Edmonton: 6–7 days
• Saskatchewan: 4–5 days

Secure Delivery Experience

To reduce the risk of theft, shipments may be sent with carded delivery.
Responsibility for tracking the shipment and collecting the parcel from the designated pickup location rests with the customer.

Shipping Rates (Canada)

• Complimentary free shipping on orders over $200
• Flat rate shipping ($15) on orders under $200

Shipping fees are applied per order and are non-refundable.

International Orders

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once dispatched

Returned Shipments (Important Legal Notice)

If a shipment is returned to us due to circumstances not caused by us, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Failure to collect the shipment from the carrier or post office
• Customer absence, refusal of delivery, or unavailability

The original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred will not be refunded under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• You are responsible for accepting and/or collecting your shipment within the carrier’s required timeframe

If re-shipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.

Additional Terms

• All shipments are fully insured
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or upon availability for pickup as per carrier tracking confirmation
• Local Montreal pickup is available by appointment (cash payment required)

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit in accordance with the terms below. These conditions are binding upon purchase.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• All items, including promotional or complimentary products, must be returned
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume responsibility for loss or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) are issued within 7 business days after inspection
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of:
  • Verified defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped by us

Performance Disclaimer

If you suspect a product defect, you must cease use immediately and notify us.

Cricket Bats – Natural Material Disclaimer

Cricket bats are manufactured from natural wood. Variations in grain, surface markings, and minor cracking are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Normal wear and tear, including cracking due to use, is expected and excluded from warranty.

Warranty Limitation

• Cricket bats are sold without warranty against breakage
• Any claim is subject solely to manufacturer review and discretion
• We do not guarantee replacement, repair, or reimbursement

We disclaim all liability for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Payment

All transactions are securely processed through PayPal.
Major credit cards are accepted.

We do not store credit card information. Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment and promotion by Montreal Cricket Sotre in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Alternative Payment

Email money transfer (e-transfer) is available upon request. Orders will only be processed once payment is received and confirmed. This also appies to orders placed using Purchase Order option. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
