Shipping & Returns

• All products are shipped from Montreal. Most of the time we use Canada Post Expedited service. Other carrier can be used in order to reduce shipping rates such as CANPAR, Purolator, UPS, Fedex etc. 
• Estimated Shipping time per province (in Business days), there could be a delay from Canada Post due to some uncontrolled situations (for example weather). These are only estimations and not guareentied delivery time.

Plerase note: There is an increase in packges theft when packages are left at the door. therfore we are using card for delivery for most parcels. This mean a card will be left in your mailbox so you will be able to pick up the your parcel at the nearest post office. 

• FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200. Once the total amount in the cart goes over $200, the shipping charge will be automatically removed.
• A $20 $15 flat shipping rate applies to all orders under $200. 

• Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

• We are not responsible for the local import duties or taxes that you may incur when receiving your delivery.
  It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the correct delivery address details on your order.
  We are not able to cancel any order that has been dispatched.

   

• All products will be shipped within 2 business days following the order.
• It could take up to 7 business days for the order to arrive depending on destination; shipping transit time is not guaranteed. We will do our best so the products reach you as soon as possible.
• All our shipments are fully insured.
• Additional delay will be added for custom orders and back ordered items.

• If you are in Montréal or if you are visiting Montréal, you may contact us in advance and pick up the items in Montreal area. The payment will be in cash in this case.

Returns:

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receiving the shipment, we will gladly exchange unused equipment or provide you with store credit. Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.  
• You must contact the store regarding the items you wish to return prior to mailing the items back to the store. A confirmation number will be given to you for the return of the items. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  
• All returned items must be unused and in its original packaging, any free items must also be returened else charges may apply for the free items. 
• Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the Receiving Date.  Once the items are received a Refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued within 7 days once the items are inspected.
• Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

Payment:

• The online Payment is processed through Paypal. All major Credit cards are accepted.
• You may also use your Paypal account to pay for the order. 
• Montreal Cricket Store does not store any of your credit card information.
• The only information we store is the used for shipping your items, such as Name, Address, Phone number, email, etc.
• Is it also possible to pay by bank email transfer. Please place your order on the website and then contact us for instruction on email transfer.
